Our exchanging/refunding policies is the warranty that our customer always has its rights respected and its guaranteed satisfaction.
1 - CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGING
The change can be requested in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product suffered some damage during transportation
- The product received is not the one that was requested
In any of these cases, the period for exchanging requests is one month (30 days), from the subsequent day of the delivery date. In case of manufacturing defect, or eventual damage during transportation, the product will be changed by the same title, since it is proven its defect after the checking in our store. We are not responsable and will not exchange any product that has been misused.
2 - CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
The refund can be requested in case the customer wants to give up of the purchase, and the period for the refund request is one week (7 days), counted from the subsequent day of the delivery date. In case the last day of the period is not a work day, the period is extended for the next work day. The refund of the paid values, excluded the value of the freight, is conditioned to the arrival of the product in our store, as well as to the fact that doesn't exist any indication that the product has been used. It means that, in case the customer gives up of the purchase, he cannot violate the plastic seal that bales the product. We will not accept the product in case of its seal is violated. In case of use indications, we will send the product back to the delivery address.
3 - HOW TO PROCEED?
Contact through the section " talk to us " in our website and send us a message with the subject " exchange/refund solicitation " telling us the reason, the number of the invoice and the number of the request.

Please, inform your data bank so that it is possible the refund in case of waiver of the purchase. The refund of paid value, being excluded the value of the freight, will be done in one week (7 days) counted from the arting from the arrival of the product in our store.
